Allison was very knowledgeable, informative and she listened to our needs while searching for our home. Allison even expanded her expertise outside of her general area and came to Jacksonville to help us. We had negative experience with a previous realtor but Allison changed all of that. Her experience in real estate truly helped us find our home. She stayed in contact throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer our growing list of questions. Additionally, Allison continued to stay involved in the process even when her part was essentially over. She provided us lists of what to do and what not do during the review process. Anytime we had questions, she answered them quickly and with an abundant amount of information so that we could make the best decision possible. Overall, Allison and her team are the absolute best in the business. She did not try to sell us a home that was way over budget just to make money. She sold us the house that fit us perfectly and would accommodate our growing family. If ever I were to purchase another home, I would hands down, no questions asked have Allison as our realtor again.

I am currently a tenant at a location managed by Allison Ables Real Estate & Property Management and have been in this space for 3 years. The office staff and the maintenance staff (specifically Latrice and Roger) have been amazing to work with. Just this week I made a quick request through their very user friendly Resident Portal which was handled in house within 48 hours. Not only was it handled quickly, butit was done professionally, courteously and Roger who performed the service went above and beyond with communication and assistance. If you are considering a Real Estate agency for any of your housing needs (buy, sell or rent), I wholeheartedly recommend Allison Ables and her crew. These guys ROCK!

This company is one of, if not the worst leasing companies we have ever dealt with!! The maintenance dept is terrible took 9 months to have dishwasher replaced and has taken thus far 6 months to get microwave replaced. No one answer the phones, when they do, you ask for maintenance and you get a voice mail every time. Submit the problems you are having thru their trusty portal...NO RESPONSE! HORRIBLE when paying to use appliances that are itemized in your lease...when they don't work ..your outta luck!! RENTERS BEWARE!!...check yelp...read reviews carefully!!
