Team JL is Allison Ables Janes and Jason Leverette, a Watson Realty Corp. partnership serving buyers and sellers across Alachua County and the surrounding North Central Florida communities. Allison is a University of Florida graduate who’s worked full-time in Gainesville real estate since 2008, including eight years running her own local brokerage before joining Watson in 2019. Jason is a Gainesville native who’s spent his entire career in the hometown market and has worked alongside Allison since 2017.

Allison leads Team JL as a Broker Associate with Watson Realty Corp. A University of Florida graduate, she’s worked in local real estate full-time since 2008, and from 2010 to 2018 she owned and operated her own Gainesville brokerage and property management company before joining Watson in 2019. She works with buyers and sellers across Alachua County — first homes, longtime family homes, investment properties, and new construction, including leading the team’s work with William Weseman Construction. Whether she’s pricing a resale listing, negotiating an offer, or guiding a buyer through design selections on a new build, Allison brings the calm, straightforward guidance that helps clients feel confident from start to finish.
Jason is a Sales Associate with Watson Realty Corp. and a Gainesville native who’s spent his entire career in his hometown market. He joined Allison’s brokerage in 2017 and made the move to Watson with the team in 2019. Jason helps buyers and sellers throughout the area: touring resale homes, writing and negotiating offers, and coordinating closings, and also handles much of the team’s day-to-day work with William Weseman Construction, walking new-construction buyers through floor plans and tracking the build timeline. Easy to talk to and quick on the follow-up, he’s the kind of agent clients feel comfortable calling at any stage, whether they’re buying, selling, or building.
