Jonathan McMahon is an amazing real estate agent and Allison Ables is the best place to handle your real estate needs in North Central Florida. I just found and closed my dream house in 26 DAYS!!! You buy from people that you trust and that they have you best interests at heart and I found Jonathan McMahon embodies that philosophy. Buying a house is a journey and my wife and I were first time home buyers and throughout the process we felt Jonathan McMahon was very responsive in communicating with us, listened to what we valued in a buying a home, had the knowledge of Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas and an expert in the real estate process with the connections to make it happen! Interest rates are only going up and Gainesville, FL with its healthcare and schools is a growing market, so If you are going to buy or sell real estate there is no one you would rather have in your corner than Jonathan McMahon and Allison Ables Estate & Property Management.

We recently moved into a rental house managed by Allison Ables. We got off to a rough start with move in. Some issues can definitely be expected with rentals but I feel that some of ours could have been avoided. At first it didn't seem like they would be resolved and excuses were being made which was frustrating, and unfortunately I think that was due to poor communication from certain employees. This doesn't seem to be an overall reflection on the company or all employees. After dealing directly with Tianna and Roger, I was actually taken care of and all issues resolved. I appreciate the follow through by them to make sure our issues were resolved despite the rough move in.

We highly recommend Jack Samson. He made the process of buying our first home such a positive experience. We had dealt with a realtor from another office months before meeting Jack and he was terrible, so we were very hesitant when we first met him. But instantly you can't help but like him and he makes you feel like you've known him for a long time. He had great knowledge of the area, was extremely accommodating to our needs, a hell of a negotiator, and he was always so positive. You can tell that he loves to do this, because he was spectacular. We couldn't have wished for a better realtor. Jack, thanks for helping us find/buy our first home!!

This company is one of, if not the worst leasing companies we have ever dealt with!! The maintenance dept is terrible took 9 months to have dishwasher replaced and has taken thus far 6 months to get microwave replaced. No one answer the phones, when they do, you ask for maintenance and you get a voice mail every time. Submit the problems you are having thru their trusty portal...NO RESPONSE! HORRIBLE when paying to use appliances that are itemized in your lease...when they don't work ..your outta luck!! RENTERS BEWARE!!...check yelp...read reviews carefully!!

Allison was very knowledgeable, informative and she listened to our needs while searching for our home. Allison even expanded her expertise outside of her general area and came to Jacksonville to help us. We had negative experience with a previous realtor but Allison changed all of that. Her experience in real estate truly helped us find our home. She stayed in contact throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer our growing list of questions. Additionally, Allison continued to stay involved in the process even when her part was essentially over. She provided us lists of what to do and what not do during the review process. Anytime we had questions, she answered them quickly and with an abundant amount of information so that we could make the best decision possible. Overall, Allison and her team are the absolute best in the business. She did not try to sell us a home that was way over budget just to make money. She sold us the house that fit us perfectly and would accommodate our growing family. If ever I were to purchase another home, I would hands down, no questions asked have Allison as our realtor again.

I am currently a tenant at a location managed by Allison Ables Real Estate & Property Management and have been in this space for 3 years. The office staff and the maintenance staff (specifically Latrice and Roger) have been amazing to work with. Just this week I made a quick request through their very user friendly Resident Portal which was handled in house within 48 hours. Not only was it handled quickly, butit was done professionally, courteously and Roger who performed the service went above and beyond with communication and assistance. If you are considering a Real Estate agency for any of your housing needs (buy, sell or rent), I wholeheartedly recommend Allison Ables and her crew. These guys ROCK!
